Rollout the new responsive Dyson e-commerce website across multiple markets from the GB site base.

We took what others learned from the GB rollout and fixed many issues in the process and workflow making Dyson Canada the most successful rollout in terms of design, build and testing.

I initially joined Dyson as a freelance Designer back in 2016. This was an exciting period when Dyson realised its website was not fit for its purpose. In our ever-changing digital world, the shopping experience just fell short.

I worked alongside a team of developers, fellow creatives, and copywriters, through to project managers and product owners. This teamwork ensured the successful launch of the new mobile-first re-vamp. This was Dyson’s biggest digital transformation in over a decade.

After successfully launching our flagship GB website, I was then given a permanent role and my own team to take the entire e-commerce platform and continue the rollout for a further 51 websites including Ireland, Canada, the US and Europe.
